I have had very positive experiences with Dr. Doan and her staff. They are very efficient and always nice. There is very positive energy there. I had cataracts removed and will be choosing reading glasses soon. To say she changed my life would sound very cliche but she has made a very big positive impact. My eyes were very bad. I would recommend her and her staff without a second thought. That was my review of her professionally. I would like to add that she is genuinely likable!

First, their website allows you to schedule phantom appointments. I scheduled an appointment for 9a but the morning of, I thought it was weird that I hadnt heard from them and so called... nope not on the calendar. Waste of time. If unable to schedule online (which is a great feature), then remove the functionality.
Next, when I called them to confirmand found out I had no appointment, they offered something the following week 25 min away (I live in Newport, appt will be in Huntington). Fine, all good, take time off of work to make it happen. Its a rough night the day of the appointment

Top notch doctor and staff! Ive been having problems with my eyes- red, blurry. Dr. Doan was able to create much needed relief in my dry, irritated eyes. She also provided me tools and knowledge on how to maintain healthy eyes. My eyes feel great. Awesome office, highly recommend! Thank you!

Went to my regular eye doctor for pain in my right eye. I was given drops for about a week that didnt work. Got a referral to see Dr.Doan. Within 2days I had no eye pain and everything was back to normal. She is very thorough with her exams and her explanations. Literally the best doctor Ive been to. Im now switching eye doctors and bring my whole family with me. Cant say enough good things about her!
