Valley Telecommunications has a rich history of providing reliable telecommunications services with exceptional local customer service. Construction began on the new office of Valley FiberCom, a subsidiary of Valley Telecommunications, in the town of Volga, SD in August of 2018. This project allowed Valley to increase their footprint within the State of South Dakota and provide advanced services to an area in need.

According to Valley's By-Laws, you must attend the Annual Meeting in person to be considered a voting, registered member. Each member shall be entitled to only one vote upon each matter submitted to a vote at a meeting of the members. All questions shall be decided by a vote of a majority of the members voting theron in person except as otherwise provided by law, the Articles of Incorporation of these Bylaws.
