Staff is nice, but they failed to communicate all of the options. They sent me several incorrect engineering plans and didn't supply photos throughout the building process which would have helped me identify errors along the way. In the end I got a house without the pocket door between the bath & bedroom, with the incorrect tiles on the bath backsplash, and no can lights in the living room. Had the appropriate design schematics been sent to me early on that would have been caught and corrected. In the end I never got an apology, just a bunch of excuses. Additionally, the factory put the bedroom

My experience with John Gillespie's service was great! He was courteous on the phone, prompt in responding to e-mails and providing all the relevant information, in short, providing a great customer experience. This is something that a customer takes away, whether or not they purchase something.

Shannon Nagasaka helped me through the process of creating my beautiful park model home. She went out of her way to accommodate a special wardrobe I had hoped to be in my bedroom, as well as making sure I had all my extra special requests. I absolutely love my home. I enjoyed every visit with her, a lovely person and good listener.

As a building contractor myself, I was surprised and I must say impressed when I read the spec. sheet with the details of what the Champion Homes are built with. I was just as pleased when I took delivery of the house. And I was more than satisfied with all the help along the way from Heavenly who a year later still responds the same or next day to my requests for data sheets or other info. It was really a pleasure to work with her as she is always prompt and knowledgeable about everything along the way. So thanks a bunch Heavenly and Factory Expo!
