We used Aquire for our fire restoration after a basement fire that caused smoke and soot damage throughout about 90% of our home. As much as I hope that no one ever needs this service, if you find yourself in a position that you do these are the people to call. Jen did an amazing job taking care of our content inventory, she has so much knowledge of the extent of damage and what can and cant be saved, she spent countless days in a soot and burnt smelling house to get her job done and she has a great system to gather all of the documentation needed for the insurance claim! These guys were truly fantastic. I had sewage backup in my basement and these guys were there first thing the next morning. Jennie and Nathan were delightful to work with, knowledgable about the process, and skilled to execute it. All of their drywall cuts were laser straight, which is more that I can say about other restoration companies in the past. It's going to make remodeling the basement much easier and less time consuming. Travis was quick to provide answers about scheduling and billing. Aquire came highly recommended to us after we contracted some work out for basement waterproofing in a damp corner of our basement. Travis did the initial evaluation and estimate and was very quick to get a quote out to me. My initial impression was very good so we went ahead and scheduled the remediation to be done. Jen came out in just a matter of days and was very thorough and professional. We are very happy with the service we received and can see why they came so highly recommended. Even with the cost of traveling from Oshkosh to Manitowoc the price was very reasonable.
