8 years ago, Paul helped us buy our first home in Mira Mesa. Back then, it was a house that had good bones and we knew that we had to put some work into it. Throughout the years, we renovated the kitchen, took away the popcorn ceiling, installed hardwood floors, remodeled the bathrooms, installed air conditioning, updated the yards, and put in double-pane windows. Now that we are moving, we've asked Paul Caparas to help us sell our house.

Paul gave us great advice on the timing of when to sell the house and the list price. He has many years of experience and he knows the San Diego housing

Couldn't be happier working with Paul as our Realtor. He is very professional and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. If you're looking to purchase a house or sell your current home, Paul Caparas is your guy. He is honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. We recently purchased our first home and called Paul right away.
