I needed to send flowers to a relative and rather than order online I called the local florist to see if they could deliver...and they could! They selected beautiful flowers and delivered them within 2 hours. Excellent customer service and I was so elated how everything worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mothers Day a week early, so my flowers got delivered a week early she was afraid with everything going on with Corona they would not arrive on time, so my flowers came from Vidor Florist and a week later they are still

My wife ordered flowers for her mom for Mother’s Day from their catalog on their website and told them to upgrade it. They overcharged her and didn’t upgrade. They told her to go to her mother’s house the next day and pick up the flowers and bring them back to the florist for two more flowers but my wife would have to pay an additional $10. And they overcharged her for the flowers. Their website advertised them at $37.99. Then they charged her more than $54 and still made a skimpy arrangement

Very pleased with Vidor Florist! I tried them for the first time this Friday and I will use them again. I work in the medical field and there was a patient whose flowers were so beautiful I had to inquire where the came from. I'm so glad I did!! I actually ordered flowers from Vidor Florist the next day and had them delivered to her job. The flowers looked so much more beautiful in person!! I called and ordered from the shop directly. I did not order through the web or use any 3rd party site. I spoke with Mandy. I'm not sure if she is the manger or not but if Mandy is helping you, you will get

Why on Earth is this only one Star. I've used them many times and every time I have gotten beautiful arrangements. I've ordered online a few times as well (from a 3rd Party site) and if they didn't have a flower I requested they more then made it up with other choices. Very accommodating and knowledge. I'll continue to use them as long as I live here.

My boyfriend had an arrangement sent to my job. The bouquet would have been AMAZING if it wasn't for my favorite flower being dead. The petals were shriveled up and dry. They tried to make it right and deliver a new bouquet but it looked NOTHING like the first one. I declined it. If they new that sunflowers were not up to par they should have informed him so a substitution could have been done at the initial time of delivery.
