WILL NOT CONDUCT FURTHER BUSINESS with GTI. Refusal to settle as the agreed upon terms state. This broker CAN NOT be trusted. Tom (Cincinnati office) was friendly and professional. However, other staff/individuals (Ben, Mike, and emphasis on Tony) were dishonest, unaccountable, rude and extremely unprofessional.
