Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy programs combine manual techniques with technology-driven assessments to treat musculoskeletal conditions. Certified specialists create individualized plans addressing pain, mobility issues, and functional limitations. Treatment incorporates therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and evidence-based interventions to restore normal movement patterns and improve quality of life for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
Aquatic Therapy
This specialized therapy utilizes water's buoyancy to reduce joint stress while improving mobility. Patients perform low-impact exercises in temperature-controlled pools to strengthen muscles, enhance balance, and increase range of motion. Ideal for post-surgical recovery, arthritis management, and conditioning athletes returning to sport, our aquatic programs are supervised by licensed therapists with expertise in hydrotherapy techniques.
Laser Therapy
Our Class IV laser therapy system delivers targeted light energy to accelerate cellular repair and reduce inflammation. This non-invasive treatment effectively manages acute injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-surgical swelling. Backed by clinical research, our laser protocols promote faster healing times and decreased pain perception without pharmaceutical intervention, making it a popular choice for soft tissue injuries and joint conditions.
Sports Performance
Designed for competitive athletes, this program focuses on movement efficiency, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Using biomechanical analysis, we identify muscular imbalances and movement deficiencies that could lead to injury. Customized training incorporates strength development, agility drills, and sport-specific conditioning to improve athletic capabilities while reducing re-injury risks through evidence-based programming.
Movement Analysis
Our technology-based evaluation system identifies movement dysfunctions contributing to pain or performance limitations. High-speed cameras and force plates measure biomechanics during dynamic activities, allowing precise diagnosis of gait abnormalities, running mechanics, and sport-specific movement patterns. This data-driven approach enables creation of targeted treatment plans addressing root causes rather than just symptoms.

This facility is second to none. As a Duke alum I now play overseas. Unfortunately, I tore my MCL while playing professional basketball and usually I would do my rehab at Duke. Due to COVID and my current location, I wasnt able to do my rehab there so I chose Precision in Movement. This experience, the one on one care, strength/mobility exercises, and the new age technology such as the laser therapy is the same if not better than what I have experienced from world renown facilities like Duke University. They are using the same top knotch instruments and techniques as NBA, MLB and NFL players

Had an issue with my shoulder. I could barely lift my arm above my head. Three weeks in; things were beginning to turn around. I've gone through 8 weeks of PT and things are virtually back to normal. I have a series of routine exercises provided by my trainer and I feel confident things will be back to normal. I was also given a protocol to follow to strengthen my shoulder to hopefully prevent any future issues. My trainer, Dr. Nico Docil, was knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer any questions I had. I couldn't have asked for better.

Took my daughter after a knee injury. She is a dancer so getting back to dancing was very important to her. Peter is amazing, kind and so knowledgeable! My daughter started on crutches and ended up walking, dancing and doing dance leaps and dance turns better and stronger than before her injury. The amount of time and thought that goes into each session is incredible. The resources that they use during the hour session from underwater treadmill, laser, leg compression, exercises and strengthening machines is great! They also take proper covid precautions too, so that is nice. With 2 very active
