Welcome to the Center for Psychological and Forensic Services, (CPFS). Our practice is two fold. We offer forensic services including assessments ordered by the court or requested by private attorneys, as well as evaluations requested for civil litigation. Our forensic psychological evaluations are comprehensive.
We pride ourselves on conducting detailed, thorough assessments that are specific to the referral question asked. CPFS provides a variety of clinical services that address a broad range of psychological and mental health issues. While our therapeutic approach is insight-oriented in nature, we realize that no two individuals are alike.

About Dr. Nicholls

Kathy Nicholls is a Florida licensed psychologist with specialized training in clinical and forensic psychology and extensive experience treating individuals struggling with emotional and mental illness.
Dr. Nicholls obtained her master's degree in clinical social work from New York University and went on to earn her clinical doctorate degree, with a concentration in forensic psychology, from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Rates & Insurance

All forensic psychological services are billed at a rate of $200 per hour; including face to face time with client, review of medical, mental health, and or legal records, time spend in the administration, scoring and interpretation of psychodiagnostic tests, as well as preparation of psychological reports.
