We recently purchased a really excellent wood stove here. We already were pretty sure we knew what we wanted and had an installer lined up. I was pretty pleased with Fireside overall and would recommend checking them out. My only complaints were I had trouble actually getting to see the models I was interested in and there was a bit of miscommunication on several occasions about what was actually in and some of the details of the product. The staff were super friendly and pleasant to work with and the models the they carry seem to be great stoves.

We purchased a Mendota fireplace insert from the Chadds Ford Fireside Shop. The entire process was perfect. Our neighborhood recently received gas service but we only had service to the exterior of the house. The Fireside team had to coordinate getting service into the house - which included permits from our County (made more difficult by COVID) - along with coordination with the Power Company installing a meter. Everything was done flawlessly, and now we are enjoying the Mendota insert. What a

Super knowledgeable about all types of inserts we were looking for. Got us a nice estimate on what we are wanting to do. Should have went before winter so it would be finished in time to use but our fault.

Alex & Eric truly exceeded my expectations. I had a custom stainless steel fireplace frame installed on a real wood burning fireplace with stone tile surround and it is truly spectacular! After visiting several other places, they were the only ones that were able to create exactly the modern look I was seeking! Professional, informative, friendly and fast. On time, all work done as quoted. No mess, no fuss. Very reasonable for such high quality work, too! Amazing service from start to finish! Don't hesitate to use them for your next project! I would definitely use again....... Absolutely fabulous
