Brian is great! I met with him regarding my online presence after I hired an out-of-state company to begin with. He was amazing at explaining (to a non-geek) how to maximize my online presence and the personal assistance he could provide to help me do so. I run a management consulting firm that has been in business for 18 years. I hired Xcite to run my paid search campaign in March and to build me a new responsive website. After 4 months of a lack of promised communication, and no improvement from these guys and abmissal adword conversions, I said goodbye to them at the end of July 2015. That same day they unilaterally removed the entire adwords campaign I had spent money to have them build. It is not recoverable according to Google. In addition, their two attempts to build a responsive website were horribly designed. These people have no integrity
