Services
Home Inspections
Our comprehensive home inspections examine structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, and safety features. We identify potential issues with roofs, foundations, and HVAC systems while assessing overall property condition. Our detailed reports include photographic evidence and prioritized repair recommendations to support informed property decisions.
Mold Inspection
Licensed mold assessments identify contamination sources and determine remediation requirements. We analyze moisture patterns and visible growth while providing documentation for professional cleanup. Our evaluations distinguish between cosmetic and hazardous mold types to ensure appropriate health and safety measures are implemented.
Infrared Scanning
Infrared technology detects hidden moisture, electrical hotspots, and insulation gaps within walls. This non-invasive diagnostic tool identifies energy inefficiencies and structural concerns before they become major repair issues, providing actionable data for property maintenance.
Drone Inspections
FAA-licensed drone operations enable safe roof and chimney inspections. High-resolution imaging captures hard-to-reach areas, identifying damage patterns and maintenance needs without physical risk to inspectors or property owners.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Pre-sale property assessments identify market-readiness issues to maximize selling potential. Our reports help sellers address concerns proactively, streamlining transactions by reducing buyer negotiation points through transparent condition disclosure.

Abe did an inspection for my girlfriend and I who are first time home buyers. With this being a new experience, I was definitely hesitant on who to use for the inspection just due to my inexperience at this point with buying a home. My hesitancy was immediately put to ease when I spoke to Abe. He was referred to us through a friend/colleague and he immediately got on the phone with me. His was beyond thorough on the phone. The overview he provided of his services was incredible detailed, but yet concise. After this call, we decided to proceed with going with Abe. The experience with Abe only

Report
We are first time homebuyers. Our agent suggested a home inspector after our offer was accepted. After looking online for other options, we found Abe. We were very impressed with his reviews and website. We contacted him regarding his services. He was incredibly responsive and called us. While we were on the phone, he checked the real estate listing and found some worrisome problems in the basement just by looking at the photos. He gave us the option of whether we still wanted to proceed. We scheduled the home inspection with Abe. He was meticulous and gave us informative and immediate feedback

Report
Abe did a terrific job with our recent home inspection. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and timely. He did a thorough job, was very knowledgable, and was a pleasure to work with. He even supplied our inspection report the same day as the inspection because he knew we were on a tight timeframe. There were no surprises in the report, as Abe kept us informed during the entire inspection process. I would highly recommend Abe to anyone looking for a home inspector.
