This is a terrific shop. Nancy is friendly and knowledgeable and has everything that I have needed to help my parents age in place. I have ordered lift/recliner chairs, shower stools and bars to make the bathroom and toilet more safe. Great quality, fair prices and outstanding service!!

Nancy is wonderful. When I wanted an incontinence product with a certain PH, she researched it. When I had an issue with tuckable bed pads, again, she took time and energy to come up with the best solution for our situation. She knows a lot, she has many local contacts, and she goes out of her way to bring it all together for her customers.

Nancy was absolutely amazing helping me getting the medical supplies I needed for my husband & my mother. She was kind enough to open her store on a Sunday evening! We traveled from Southern CA to Northern CA, our order were made it by phone/internet, she got everything we needed as promised delivered just on time we arrived to our new home. When we visited the store, I couldnt be happier to find out, I could buy everything that was necessary to made my husband, who is wheelchair bound, and my mother, bed ridden, life easier. Yes!
