Measuring Success

We use multiple measures of success to build a wholistic understanding of each student, from academic outcomes to well-being and life satisfaction, and empower each student through multiple opportunities for self-reflection and evaluation of progress. Strong test scores and matriculation to college or work can be indicators of success, but they are not the sole, or even primary benchmarks against which we measure student success.

At Fusion, classes are one-to-one: one student and one teacher per classroom. Students have different teachers for different subjects, and teachers act as mentors in the one-to-one setting. One-to-one classes allow for a completely personalized experience for our students. Teachers personalize instruction for each student's strengths, interests, and learning preferences.
