I worked with Craig Edelbrock to design a sublimation plaque for a corporate gift. I live in California so everything was done via email and phone. Craig is professional, provides timely and accurate service, gives great suggestions and has the customer's best interest in everything that he does. He provided three different design layouts, without me asking him to do this, and he explained all of the print options in detail so that I knew exactly what the final product would look like.
