Customer service sucks. Couldn't tell who worked there. Walked in and was stared at but no one said a thing. Spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out the tile and prices then left. Back to Lowe's!

First off I want to start off by saying how thankful I'am that I came across Apres Tile. I've been planning to remodel my home but I really didn't know where to start. A couple of my friends had told me to check out Apres Tile so I finally decided to. To begin with the store, it was beautiful. Everything was displayed so nicely and organized which made it easy to look around and get a feel of the tiles. The BEST part- the attention and customer service I received was amazing! Not only did the owner Apres walk the entire store with me but he gave me so many amazing ideas. He&apos

I agree with the other person on here with just one star. I don't know what kind of Customer Service other people had here but today I had very poor customer service. You would think I was asking for something exotic. I asked for simple old fashion 4 x 4 cream color tile. I was told that those are difficult to get and would have to be special ordered and they don't think they can get that size anyway. Sounded like he couldn't care less. I saw some pretty tile that I might have been interested in for my kitchen backsplash but the sales person just said why would you want that in
