SCOTT E. MIGDEN, Associate, is a graduate of The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While at Hofstra, he was a member of the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association and competed in seven interscholastic trial advocacy competitions across the country. He was a staff editor on the Family Court Review, and had his Note published in April of 2017, on the topic of raising Youthful Offender Eligibility.

A traffic ticket conviction for a moving violation is reported to the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles [DMV] where it then goes on your driving record. These violations stay on your record and any aggregate of points in an 18 month period and each ticket has its own point value. These points can vary from three [2] points to eleven [11] points depending on the type of ticket.
