Robby has represented clients in hundreds of probate and civil court matters. He has taken more than 20 cases to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Mark joined the firm in 2015 after passing the Georgia Bar. He has a passion and personal interest in helping our clients navigate and make sense of the law, as well as avoid the pitfalls of Estate Planning and Probating Estates.
Robby Hughes

Robby has achieved remarkable success for his clients due to his ability to get to the root of the problem and convince judges, jurors and opposing parties and counsel of the righteousness of his clients' position. Whenever the clients' position is untenable, Robby will advise his clients of the obstacles they face in achieving the goals they set out.
Mark Stuckey

Mark is a lifelong resident of Gwinnett County, a graduate of Parkview High School, and an Eagle Scout from Boy Scout Troop 549 in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia, graduating in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science. He went on to Georgia State University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2015.

Enrique Morales attended Georgia State University and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Sciences. Enrique attended Georgia State University College of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 2017. Prior to attending law school, Enrique worked at his family's restaurant where he first began building and maintaining client relationships.
Barbara Gordon

Barbara joined the firm in 2013 as an administrative staff member and legal assistant. She grew up in Blairsville, Ga and attended North Georgia College. She has more than 10 years of office management and account development experience, billing, accounts receivable and client liaison with past companies such as Eastman Kodak, YourOffice USA and Gwinnett Daily Post.
