DRUM RUNNER Material Handling Company (DRUM RUNNER) warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and to perform to applicable, published DRUM RUNNER specifications for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment.
Product which has been misuses or abused, neglected, damaged by accident, fire, lightening, water or acts of God will not be covered under this warranty nor shall products that has been repaired or modified without the written consent of DRUM RUNNER unless in DRUM RUNNER'S judgment the repair or modification has not affected the performance or reliability of the product.DRUM RUNNER will have final determination as to the cause of product defect.
