Sam and Gabrielle at Pinnacle provided second to none support and service to find me a mortgage under complex conditions due to bridge loan to redeem. They supported me through it due to unreliable solicitors. At times I don't know what I would have done without Sam. Excellent communication and empathy. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

I found Pinnacle through a Google search, they were the only company out of a number of which I contacted who came back to me quickly and that could help me. My situation was a tricky one as it was due to a marriage separation and I needed a joint but sole proprietor mortgage. Samantha was amazing at finding the perfect mortgage for me, as well as being completely understanding of my personal situation.
