Dr. Woodall was born in California. He attended Agoura High School and went to college at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). In 1998, Dr. Woodall graduated, with honors, from the University of the Pacific (UOP) School of dentistry in San Francisco, CA. Impressively having two sons while attending dental school, he not only graduated with honors but earned numerous awards as well.

Child’s First Dental Visit

When babies are born, their primary teeth are developing under the gums. The front two upper and lower teeth typically begin to appear (erupt through the gums) when the child is between the ages of 6 and 12 months. Most children have a set of 20 primary teeth by the time they are age three. Tooth decay can occur as soon as the teeth appear in the baby's mouth.
