Orland's Ewing Memorial Chapel
Currently in our third generation of family ownership, Orland's Ewing Memorial Chapel was founded by our father and grandfather, Harold Orland, to provide a highly personal funeral service to our community. Today, families in the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York region receive our compassionate, attentive service, as well as our commitment to honoring the bonds of family and faith.

We are an independently-owned, full-service funeral home offering chapel seating for 200 people and off street parking for 80 cars. We specialize in attentive and detailed pre-planning to meet all needs. We proudly serve all communities and cemeteries. Through our professional network (KAVOD) we are able to coordinate services in all 50 states and internationally.

Pre Planning
Report
You are welcome to call us if you prefer to speak on the phone first. 100% of funds received for pre-planned funerals are deposited in the purchaser's name in the New Jersey Prepaid Funeral Trust Fund, or CHOICES. This fund provides excellent consumer protections and flexibility. The arrangements are not set in stone.
Service Options
Report
A service at our funeral chapel involves a ceremony at our facility, which has private parking for 80 cars and seating for over 200 people. The funeral procession will then embark for the cemetery. Once there, a short committal service will take place before the final disposition. Much the same as above, except the funeral ceremony will take place at a suitable place of your choosing.
Jewish Services
Report
The Jewish funeral rite can be explained with the words: in simplicity there is comfort and dignity. Our family has been serving the local Jewish community for three generations. Experience matters, as does a sensitivity to our customs, which differ from the majority of our surrounding communities.
Serving All Faiths
Report
This includes those who were in this area when the funeral home was established 60 years ago, and those who have become prominent in the area since then. We are familiar with most funeral customs across the community, and we are eager to learn about and accommodate any tradition or practice. The foyer and hallways are wide and can accommodate large picture and floral displays which can be perused as guests make their way to the register book.
