We were so thrilled by the work that was completed by Wright Restoration Services. We had a major water damage incident and they immediately responded with a plan for remediation. We thought that we would need to micromanage the situation, but Brian took control putting together a project plan, timeline, and held weekly checkpoint meetings to keep us informed of the progress. He personally inspected and managed the situation to ensure our complete satisfaction. Wright Restoration was a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work is top notch. I had water damage after a leak and they prioritized giving me a quote as I was concerned about mold due to severe allergies. Outstanding service! After water got into my basement, I asked them to assess for mold and requested a solution to prevent future water intrusion. Not only did they tell me there was NO mold; when it came time to make the repairs the estimate was adjusted to reflect the scope of what was actually done. I could've easily been taken advantage of and paid for mold removal and the original estimation amount; instead I was charged CONSIDERABLY LESS. Very happy with the job Wright Restoration did cleaning our air ducts. Having done several construction projects on the house I knew they would be full of all manner of debris.
