Actually deserve NO STARS
Totally not satisfied , required to pay in full for fireplace logs,
when arrived would not work in the fireplace, was told would be a 25% re-stock fee,
Then when product was returned to the store
at store was told would not allow a return, because they did not have the original box for return...
(the original service man had taken the box from site)
A huge waste of $$$$$$ now have very expensive, useless, Styrofoam logs. Be Aware!!!!!!!
we said from the beginning we wanted natural gas installation,
NOT LP
we were told that was not possible by your service person

It is with disappointment that I even have to leave a less than stellar review of a business however I am very dissatisfied with the way our furnace repair was handled. I guess I was wrong! We had set up a repair appointment, my wife had rearranged her day to accommodate being home for whenever it was that the repair man could fit us into his

Had Shields replace our fire log set. Everything went so smoothly in ordering, delivery and set-up. The man who installed it was so careful not to leave any mess and carefully explained what to do if the pilot went out. This was a great experience for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They even identified a small but dangerous propane leak in my crawlspace and repaired it (a smell that I was certain was a dead mouse or moldy insulation). They took their time to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly, they walked me
