Awful to deal with Beware. when coming in, the dock hand guided us into the corner of the dock. they charges us $200.00, then 45 minutes later they claimed we bent the prop and charge us another $200.00. they are scam artists
Again, dock person never said to slow down, he waved is in right into the dock. and the people there refused us to talk to the owner. Why 45 minutes later called us and said we bent the prop?? I saw the same posts on trip adviser also what happened to other people

We had an awesome day boating around Naples and Marco Island. The boat was clean and in excellent condition and a ton of fun! We saw eagles, lots of dolphins, spoonbill roseates and a wild pig! Enjoyed shelling too. Staff at Extreme Family Fun Spot were pleasant and professional and did a great job getting us set up and on our way. All in all, an awesome day and well worth the cost!

CHARGED $500 in unauthorized charges. Before reading please note they did this to a friend of mine and I did not listen!!! I returned the boat and was told I was going to be charged for scratches on the side of the boat. They did no pre inspection (besides the prop) or took any photos of the boat at all prior to renting to me in order to note the boats condition. I was unwilling to pay these charges as there is no telling who was responsible for those scuffs. It may help to note every boat they have is scratched, scuffed, and dinged. This is on all sides, on almost all boats. I took some photos

Horrible service. When we needed help parking the boat they were just watching us and not helping us. Everyone else around us had help and we didnt. And even if you had a tiny scratch, you would need to pay a large overpriced amount. Even the others who had help had to pay for damages when there was barely anything. We are never renting from that place ever again!

This was a horrible experience, kayaks were dangerous and quite unsafe. The staff was not trained in helping people into the kayaks. They put pedals in the kayak rather than 2 paddles for each person. I would definitely not recommend this company to kayak.

Did not inform us ahead of time you can't take boat anywhere except estuary around marina not out into gulf, for all day boat rental it really is boring expensive trip to end of Keewaydin island, in the future when booking they should make that abundantly clear at time of boat reservation. Dock staff give you a map of very limited area where you are allowed to take the boat .The boat was clean and well maintained 22 ft but over half of the area where you are allowed to drive boat is in a wake zone so only 5 miles an hour.
