PAMS (Proprietary Associated Messenger Service) began operations in 1975 in Santa Ana, California and steadily grew to become the dominant service provider to the Title Industry. In 1995 PAMS was purchased by Don Madden. Don, an industry veteran, previously founded Able Courier and built it into the top courier company in Orange County before selling it in 1992.
