If you are not able to make the scheduled appointment, you agree to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You also agree to pay $45 or 50% of the full session rate (whichever is greater) if yiou give less than 24 hours notice. You understand that you are still responsible for your appointment until you hear back from a staff member confirming they received your phone call requesting cancellation or rescheduling.
