We had HDA for about 2 years and everything was good up until the beginning of this year. They used to be really good at responding when the alarm system would go off but now they don't even call if the alarm goes off. Usually they would call through the intercom or give you a phone call to make sure everything was ok or if they needed to dispatch 911. Thank goodness it's only been on accident but if it was a real emergency then you can't count on them. I just recently switched over to another company and it hasn't even been 2 weeks since we canceled with them and they are already

Ever since they change personal and I believe the owner of the company put someone else in charge we are not getting the same monitoring. They dont call you when the alarm goes off and they take a long time to answer the phone, I started looking for new company that appreciates my bussines.

Wife has had them over ten years. We are currently out of town and our business appears unarmed. We called support. Told us its not them but a 3rd party app that supports us and they cant tell if its armed. We PAY Hi desert Alarm monthly. (Not a 3rd party) BEYOND LAME! But they have been for years. Serious problems at the top. (Melanie, or whatever her name is) They just LOST our business because they are even WORSE than they were 10 years ago.

We are very disappointed with this company. I have been doing business with Hi-Desert Alarm since the early 2000's. They currently monitor my office buildings fire alarm and recently i had them install a security camera system in one of our suites to detour crime on a building we've owned since 2005. When the technicians were in the attic pulling cable for the cameras they broke a sewer vent pipe and knocked down a ceiling speaker. We fixed the speaker but did not know about the broken vent pipe until recently when the tenant complained about a horrible sewage smell throughout the office. We had
