Ive been here 3 times and each time has been a less than stellar experience. The staff has always been rude and unfriendly to me and my group. I went to the bank heist about a year ago, and due to lack of experience, me and my group didnt get out. That was 100% our fault and lack of knowledge. However, I went to the buried alive about 6 months ago and that was the first bad experience I had. My group and I were stuck on one password that stumped

The bank heist was super fun! It is so well laid out. My friends and I didn't quite finish. I recommend a big group because there is a lot of things that need to get done! Thanks again guys

Easily the best escape room I have ever done!!! Some really creative components that were really fun to work with. There was also a lot of attention to detail that made the experience feel even more realistic!

Read whole review it's about two different times. 1st time room was ok. Was told that 3 keys wouldn't open a door, but one of them did. Made it a little confusing. We were maybe 5 minutes away from finishing the room when the hour ran out. We were not allowed to finish the room. This is the only time in the 20+ escape rooms I've done that they haven't let a group finish if they are close. After paying $100 it was very disappointing. Enjoyed the room, not the company. Definitely telling everyone I know to go to a different company to play if they are with a new group. Had 2 people in my group of

Went here with my giant family and all ages had an amazing time. Ive been to close to a dozen escape rooms, and this plave had by far had the stongest connection between puzzles and storyline.

We tried this as a family (3 kids, 10-8-5). So it was more about having fun than trying to get the prize. The Bank Heist is a fun and engaging room. There was something for each of the kids to help with and the facilitator was great to recognize that we needed a little more help than usual. The girls liked to answer the phone and call out and that was a fun way for them to be a part of the game. It's definitely a good mix of challenging, engaging, and fun.
