I customized the conveyor belt I needed from website, was given a price of $6,949.07 and submitted my quote to figure tax and freight charges. I was then given a quote of $2,161.89 more than what they told me. All this was less than 4 hours apart from each other. I then called and spoke to them, when explaining to them it was false advertisement they became defensive and hateful. I was transferred around and hung up on. They then put me on speaker and were rude to me about the issue. Rhonda transferred me and Frank answered. I spoke to him and was hung up on. I just wanted to buy a machine and

Eric was very helpful and provided a lot of good information to us while we researched the idea of setting up our own distribution center in Phoenix. He answered all of our questions about the equipment as well as the planning and permitting processes required to install new high pile racking. Had we moved forward with the project, we definitely would have utilized SJF to provide racking and related services.

Poor communication. Didn't have what I ordered in stock, then sent the wrong pieces, then didn't send them directly to me. Salesman, Eric, promised to give me a discount on my next purchase due to the order issues, but when I contacted him to order he acted shocked and then never followed through. Not impressed with the customer service.

Janae was an absolutely a pleasure to work with. Very thorough and extremely detail oriented. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product line and she went out of her way to assist me in determining the best racking solutions for our warehouse.
