As a first time home buyer, I was quite uninformed about the whole home-buying process and how it all worked. Garland took the time to explain the whole process and guide us through what would have ended up being a quite stressful time. Garland and his assistant Angela were wonderful. Garland was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. He helped me sell my home in Washington Park and walked with me every step of the way as I did upgrades, figured out how to best present the house and got me and the buyer a perfect deal.
