Interactive Therapy Services, PLLC. is a home based speech therapy practice serving clients in-person throughout Northeast Kentucky and Southeast Ohio. We also offer telehealth services for clients throughout the states of Kentucky and Ohio. We specialize in evaluating and treating a wide variety of speech, language, swallowing and social communication disorders.

We are a local company owned and operated by Jen Vice M.S. CCC-SLP and Melanie Asbury M.S. CCC-SLP. We are fully licensed by the states of Ohio and Kentucky and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Kentucky First Steps

Kentucky First Steps is a state-run program that provides supports and services for families with children birth to three who have developmental delays or disabilities. Research shows that the first three years of a child's life are the most important time for developing and learning.
By providing needed services and supports during this time, families will be able to help their children with special needs develop to their full potential, and may decrease the need for additional help later in life.As providers under Kentucky's First Steps program, we provide services to children ages birth to 3 years old at little to no cost to the families.

Ohio Help Me Grow

Help Me Grow is Ohio's evidenced-based parent support program that encourages early prenatal and well-baby care, as well as parenting education to promote the comprehensive health and development of children. Help Me Grow System includes Central Intake, Help Me Grow Home Visiting and Help me Grow Early Intervention.
Beckman Oral Motor

The Beckman Oral Motor Protocol is an intervention that utilizes assisted movement and stretch reflexes to activate muscle contraction, build strength and improve range of motion in the lips, jaw, tongue and soft palate. It assesses the response to pressure, movement, range, and strength, and variety and control of movement.
