Alarm & Sprinkler ITM Technician: This individual is responsible for managing the Alarm and Sprinkler testing, inspection and maintenance needs of a route of customers. This individual is dual certified in Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler ITM at the local, state and national (when applicable) level.
Fire Extinguisher ITM Technician: This individual is responsible for managing the Fire Extinguisher and Exit Light testing, inspection and maintenance needs of a route of customers.This individual holds a FEX-1 certificate at the local level.

Our customers have come to understand that to serve them long-term, they need a fire protection vendor that speaks their language. We have 40 years of experience performing code-required retrofitting and installation of fire protection systems.
