We had a great experience working with Brian on a new Dolby Atmos surround sound system. He provided expert advice on potential speaker options given the room dimensions and outlined options at different price points. The set of speakers we ultimately landed on have a beautiful cherry finish and provide wonderful sound. Brian kept in regular communication on the timing of the installation when shipping delayed two of the speakers. We will definitely work with Brian again.

I have used Immersive on three state-of-the-art conference room/collaboration room projects over a 10-year period. Each successive project was increasingly complex.
Immersive's owner, Brian Deihl, is a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic re: novel technology, has excellent vendor relationships, works within budget, is meticulous at cable management, enjoys perfecting a final/finished solution, and stands behind his work.

Would I hire Immersive Experiences again? ABSOLUTELY! All of our expectations were achieved! Design, Function, Implementation, Schedule, and Cost were all well within our expectations. We met Brian Diehl, owner of Immersive Experiences, when he visited our home to evaluate a new project to install an upscale A/V system. I found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and very competent. Ive been using Brian and Immersive Experiences for my A/V needs for years now. They are very knowledgeable about the latest equipment and extremely reliable and fastidious with the installation. When support is required, they are responsive and stay with it until all issues are resolved. I wouldnt hesitate to use Immersive Experiences again as future A/V needs arise.

Brian knows his AV products very well. He also installed a rock solid WIFI system for our spread out house. He is easy to work with and completely explains the trade-offs on price and quality. He is an audio- and videophile, so he has the passion to provide a great system. His staff and sub-contractors are professional and timely as well. Great experience!
