Place was great for our overnight stay. Sites are level gravel. They are close to each other, but the park is clean and well maintained. Used the bathroom and shower and facilities and they were clean. Also used laundry, washing and drying are $1.50 each. Park is right off the highway, but close to WalMart. We’d stay here again.

We needed a last minute place in Las Cruces and found Hacienda. They had one site left that fit our rig. This place is very nice! Some spots had dividers between the sites for privacy. We were on the end, site 181 and it was PERFECT for our family with small children because there was nobody on the camping side of us and there was extra room for our children to play. Bathrooms were clean and had private shower rooms. There were wheel chair accessible showers. The laundry room had several washers, and double the amount of dryers, all were in working order. There was a book/DVD/CD library for use

After being had a great RV Park in Tucson this place seemed a little sterile. The sites are relatively level and fine gravel not concrete. Electric and dump stations at each site and water. There's a nice common area with showers and laundry facility available in the main building. The staff was friendly enough but the people staying at the RV park weren't very talkative. Located right next to Mesilla Las Cruces off of highway 10.

This place was very nice, clean and there was an awesome hot tub that I enjoyed after a long day of hiking. Bathroom was clean and nice hot shower. They have ridiculously high water pressure so we had some issues with our hookup and ended up replacing our hose and water regulator which fixed the problem. I called the front desk when we were having issues hoping they would come help but they told me it sounded like we were hooking something up wrong. There is an RV parts store within walking distance as well as an excellent pizza place where we ate. Dog run was nice for our dog as well.

Stayed a week in our 5th wheel. Office, hot tub, & clubhouse were lovely. Convenient stop off I-10 with shopping & sightseeing stops close by. Trash pick up & staff were friendly & helpful. Only downside was the site. Pull- thru sites have hookups on the backside & your neighbor’s hookups are by yours, so your slides are close to touching. We also disliked the fine crushed clay (reminded us of kitty litter) in the site as we were constantly tracking it in the rig even after removing our shoes.

We enjoyed our stay here! The park was easy to access with spacious spots in a great location. Only reason I docked one star is because this resort is not kid friendly in the slightest bit. I understand charging extra for kids that are 4+ and able to actually play outside, but we were charged extra for our year old baby who's practically glued to my hip lol.

We did an overnight at the Hacienda RV resort while travelling cross country. We had some confusion with the reservation, but the Hacienda staff responded promptly and answered all questions. The park is very well maintained. The RV pads are level and easily accessed. Utility connections are in good condition and well-placed for quick hook-up. No leaky faucets or stripped threads on the sewer connection or electrical faults on our surge protector. Location is excellent for I-20 cross-country travelers.

Hacienda RV resort was an oasis to this group of tired travelers. The staff accepted late night arrivals & were friendly as well as courteous. The area was clean & our slot was a pull through. Area was clean & neighbors were quiet! I would highly recommend this resort to folks RVing across the south west.

We stayed here one night Nov 10, 2021 during the New Mexico mask mandate. The check-in process was cordially conducted outside since I did not have a convenient mask. The staff was intent that the mask mandate be followed. The site was clean, level and fairly dusty. Good night time lighting and quiet. In contrast to the staff attention to the mask mandate, the electronic key cards for the bathroom and shower did not work. We had two cards....one did not work for the ladies bathroom and the other did not work for the men's shower.

Pull-through sites with full hookups. Sites are decomposed granite. Our site was raked and clean when we pulled in. No picnic table. Park has plenty of lighting at night and we felt secure. Also, they state they have night time security and video surveillance.
Clubhouse had a nice sitting area. Laundry room was adequate; the washers were pretty small, and the machines were older. Get quarters from the office; no change machine in laundry room. Hot tub looks great; however, it was out of order the entire time of our stay. Wifi seemed to work pretty well.

Stayed here for two nights.
Positives:
-Can't beat the location. You're close enough to down town for a 5-10 minute drive to everything. Far enough from highway where you don't hear much of any traffic.
-Jim Bob BBQ right down the street is absolutely amazing
-Military Discount
-Very quiet and clean community
-Staff is extremely welcoming and nice. They made it super easy to check in after hours
-Really nice spots with privacy fences in between every two and opposite parking for every other. Trees provided perfect shade. Really well thought out layout for sure.

Hacienda RV Resort was easy to find with great access to I-10 & I-25. The layout of the resort is nice; our rv spot is level and immaculate. The ladies in the office were super nice, as well as, Kevin over the phone. The clubhouse is wonderful with outside seating, which is awesome with a fire place and a beautiful Spanish style fountain. There is a nice laundry room, restrooms and a separate enclosed shower area with 5 mini rooms, with closing doors, each with a shower stall and separate sink/counter area with a hairdryer

2nd time here while passing Thur from Ca to SC I love every chance I get to stay here. So quite and beautiful grounds a long with the staff 1000% this time my brother is stationed close by with his family and I got to cut and have dinner with them in town. Thank you once again Hacienda RV Resort. I missed your beautiful clean showers this time but let me tell you they are clean and water pressure is see you next time

I ended up spending another month here. I wanted to just add again how amazing the staff here at Hacienda RV Park are. Extremely friendly, supportive, and professional.
The facility is wonderful, great location, super clean, oh and the internet speeds are fast.
I loved the 3 months i stayed there. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Las Cruces. I know i will be back.

This is a beautiful, well cared for park. Nice, large spots and easy hookups. I like that the towers are center'ish to your trailer/rv. I have learned that some parks have hook ups on the ends of spots and I've decided that that is not the best for me. This park also has really nice shower rooms with 24hr access. I was bummed the hot tub was closed, was really looking forward to that! Management was awesome and made reserving a space easy! Thank you!

When we arrived we had driven 8 hours so I was looking forward to a shower in the park facilities. It was after hours and when we checked they didn't have a packet left out for us as they did for many others....so no shower or internet etc. since it's a keyed entry to facilities...in the morning we spoke to the young people working the office and they had the wrong dates. We checked our email confirmation and we had the right dates. So with all

We are first time RV travelers. We found this place through Campendium. We made reservations online and had a call back from an employee to confirm. She was extremely helpful and patient (I wish I had written her name down) We were not disappointed with this campground. The bathrooms, showers and our campsite were all VERY clean. If you have a pet, this place has a fantastic dog run for your fur-buddy (the dog run also has security lights!) Thank you Hacienda RV Resorts! We will be back!

Clean and level sites. Easy to pull through and hookup. Many amenities such as laundry, showers and dressing rooms, exercise area, hot tub. Since we were here just one night, we didn't use the amenities, but peeked in and they all looked clean and well maintained.
Large dog park area with lighting. Recent heavy rains left the ground muddy, so rather than having dirty dog paws, we walked the roads.
This park would be excellent for a lengthy stay and I would definitely come back and explore Las Cruces.

Nice place. For our site being as close to the freeway as you could get, we were not disturbed by the traffic at all. Park is clean, well maintained, and sites are level. The hot tub was under maintenance while we were there, so we weren't able to try it out. They do have a huge laundry room and nice workout room. Staff was very friendly!
