Greenwich Estates is a condo association located on 16 beautiful private acres of land in West Warwick, Rhode Island. We are just a quick drive away from the bustling capital of Providence or the calm beaches of Newport. Our complex consists of 24 buildings (136 units). The complex consists of 3 phases, which began construction in 1986, Phase I (units 1-29), Phase II (units 30-87), and phase III (units 88-136).
