In accordance with New York State law, we only tattoo clients age 18 years or older with a valid photo I.D. For those clients interested in starting a custom tattoo project, we recommend making an appointment with the artist whose work speaks to the style of tattoo you are interested in getting. Check out our artists' work on our website, Instagram, or their physical portfolios in the shop.

Being the owner-operator of tattoo studios Oculo Visitant Gallery and Hand of Glory Tattoo, Craig Rodriguez has been tattooing since 1993. By 1997 when tattooing was legalized in NYC he participated in a historic photo of the first 50 people to have their tattoo licenses issued. He has traveled throughout the world tattooing and studying the trade in such places as Japan, Europe, and South America.
