Menomonie Market Food Co-op was started in 1973 by a small group of Menomonie residents as a food buying club with one goal: creating access to good food. Since then, close to 3,000 people have invested in our co-op by becoming owners, and in return, we operate for their benefit.

Reserve a Turkey

This year, our Thanksgiving turkeys will be sourced from three local suppliers. Founded in 1989 by Pete Thorfinnson, Kadejan is a supplier of free-range turkeys and chickens located in Glenwood City, Minnesota. Their turkeys are fed a non-GMO diet of corn, soy, and essential vitamins, are air-chilled, and arrive USDA fresh but may be slightly frozen at pick up.

Visit the front desk or call the store when you arrive, and staff will bring you your order. NEW! Pick up your Thanksgiving order from our Eau Claire location (formerly Just Local Food Co-op) by choosing that store as your pickup location at checkout. All meal options serve 3-4 people, and they will be chilled and ready to heat and serve upon pick up.
