The USAG Xcel Program provides a well balanced experience for our gymnasts and their families. Our competitive program provides and environment that fosters and nurtures the attributes of a sound mind and body, leading to successful, healthy, well-rounded gymnasts. The program offers competitive levels, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond.
The USAG Xcel program is open to all female gymnasts, upon the recommendation of their coach or program director. Gymnasts must belong to a USAG member club, and must become members of USAG to participate. Training is year-round with the competitive season typically starting in mid February and continuing through to the World Meets in early July.

Gym Stars

Gym Stars classes are divided based on experience/skill level. Whether your child wants to try gymnastics for the first time or has been participating for years, there's something for him/her in these classes! The Beginner level Gym Stars focus on developing basic gymnastics skills (rolls, cartwheels, handstands, etc.), while the Intermediate level Gym Stars are introduced to more advanced skills (handsprings, walkovers, flips, etc.).

Tumble Bears

Tumble Bears class is an hour long and designed for children ages 3-5 years old. This is a structured class where children follow the direction of a coach on the Floor, Beam, Bars, Vault, and Trampoline, while learning the basics of gymnastics and movement (rolls, donkey kicks, jumps, swings, walks, etc.).
