Travis, Is very responsive, even when I have brought him an emergency on my part. Travis has gone out of his way to make sure that we have the coverage we need. We have a bit of a challenge policy owning a farm along with our private home policy. Travis has always come through. His office staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I would and do recommend them to everyone.

Five stars just doesnt seem to be enough stars!!! Janni, Tracy & Travis are nothing less than WONDERFUL!!! I just recently got into an accident (my first one) & I had no idea the language of insurance, all three of them answered my every question & made the process so much better/easier. I was incredibly thankful to have them on my side.

I wish there were more stars! Janni, Travis and Tracy deserve more stars! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my daughter! That's all a mom wants, is to know their children will be ok. The Insurance Shop in Sandpoint, Idaho did that for me. The customer IS their priority, NOT the bottom dollar! They made the process easy and helped calm the fears. THANK YOU!
