We are thrilled to welcome you back to in person events at Bank of America Performing Arts Center. The health, safety and well-being of our patrons, staff and artists remains our highest priority. To keep our theatres open and operating, we will be following federal, state and county health guidelines.

In compliance with the Ventura County Public Health order, all persons, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear masks or face coverings when indoors, except while actively eating or drinking. We appreciate our patrons, staff, and artists for compliance with these measures and for assisting us to keep the BAPAC doors open and our creative economy moving.

Should you have questions or see any errors in your online account please contact the Box Office for assistance. Add your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet in advance to avoid slow or weak WiFi or cellular signals at the theatre. Add only your next show to your phone rather than adding all season shows at one time, this will expedite entry.

If tickets were already printed, then your BAPAC THOUSAND OAKS Account will display the existing barcode. If tickets have not already been printed, then your BAPAC THOUSAND OAKS Account will generate a barcode when the tickets are retrieved. 2. When I retrieve a ticket using MY ACCOUNT via a mobile device, will it invalidate existing tickets that were previously printed?.

On perfomance days box office will open two hours prior to show and remain open one half hour after curtain. The Box Office is located under the orange awning next to the Fred Kavli Theatre Lobby. From the parking structure, Box Office is accessed by taking the elevator to Level 3. From the outside lower parking lot, the Box Office is accessed by taking either of the two Plaza elevators up to Level 3.

The Bank of America Performing Arts Center (BAPAC) is committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of all patrons and has established the following protocols for those entering the theatre venues. All patrons are subject to screening by BAPAC's trained security personnel. This may include, but is not limited to, a visual inspection, a bag inspection, a metal detection inspection, and an interview.

The Bank of America Performing Arts Center consists of the 1,800-seat Fred Kavli Theatre for the Performing Arts and the 394-seat Janet and Ray Scherr Forum Theatre, which combine outstanding arts and entertainment with state-of-the-art technology and acoustics. Over 300,000 patrons and 50,000 children attend more than 400 performances annually.
