If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours but less than 48 hours in advance of the original date/time, a 50% refund will be issued.

Please arrive at the Bayou Escape Rooms in Lake Charles at least 15 minutes before your reservation time. The game clock automatically starts at your game time, so an on time arrival is important to give you time for the intro/rules and bathroom time before getting started. Late arrivals will be admitted, but your 60 minute window cannot be extended so you will have less time to plot your escape!
