Coming from the other side of the equation as a supplier to Schoen Builders, it's easier to see how Aaron operates his business and what a true professional he is. He understands what quality is and isn't afraid to steer his customers to the right choice. Aaron and his team are attentive and responsive, and the sub-contractors he uses that we deal are just as professional as well.

The Schoen Builders team did a wonderful job guiding our family through our first new home building experience. Aaron incorporated our design inputs while using his experience and creativity to advise our choices and bring a great balance of quality, aesthetics, function and value. Aaron and his team take a solution-oriented approach to solving any problems or issues that are confronted along the way. After visiting several of the beautiful homes Schoen Builders has constructed, and now after living in ours, we highly recommend Schoen Builders.

Based on his reputation, when we chose to build our dream home with Aaron Schoen, we expected great quality in craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout. What we got was far more. Aaron's reputation is well deserved, but the most valuable quality in a builder, often overlooked or understated, is integrity. That is what makes Aaron and his team different from all others in this industry. Yes, he and his team are knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, hard-working, diligent, and caring, but his integrity is what sets him apart. Knowing that your builder can produce the quality that you are looking

Aaron Schoen and entire team were amazing and a pleasure to work with. From the initial contact, to the end of the build, he delivers. The attention to detail and professionalism was superb. Not only did he design and build the home of our dreams, he went above and beyond our expectations. His contractors are trustworthy and do a fantastic job. The best part about working with Schoen Builders was Aaron’s integrity during the building process. We truly enjoyed the entire process, and without a doubt would build again with Schoen Builders.
