Born and raised in Leelanau County, Captain Bill Winoweicki has been fishing since he was strong enough to hold a cane pole. Times have progressed since then but the excitement and experience is still the same. Captain Bill spends much of his free time protecting our fishery in support of the Charter Boat Industry.

You can now purchase a 24-hour Fishing License on the Boat. No more looking for a Fish Tackle store that is open. No more navigating the DNR website, then trying to find a printer. No more not using the license you purchase one day and bad weather cancels your fishing trip the next day. Licenses are available for anybody 17 years or order.
