Don Tummins was was rude in communications. When the **manufacturer** is evasive in answering a simple question such as, are your MDF mantels noncombustible and/or fire resistant?, how can a consumer have faith in the products? Also, Pearl Mantels does not stand behind their products or offer anything in the way of basic, courteous customer service. If a consumer has an issue, theyll plug their ears and basically say not my problem; see an authorized dealer. This is not a good way to do business. Wouldve expected better from a Tennessee company.
