Quick and easy, went in for a quick interview, after they reviewed my resume they laid out the jobs they had that I may be a good candidate for, I went to the first company and they hired me on the spot as a welder/fabricator. Very straightforward ..if you know what youre doing theyll get you a job. They valued me at a very reasonable high dollar amount per hour, higher than even what I told them Id work for.. they presented me at this higher rate to employer without a problem and it was a success.
