Still waiting on a lumber quote for over a month. We can all understand and appreciate that the construction industry is ridiculous right now; but really enough is enough. No one is ever available. As far as Vanessa from the front desk - If you're not happy with your job; please find another one. You are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Never had an experience like this before. I went to Glassboro lumber to purchase some decking material for a small project for a customer. I originally received great service on some composite decking that is when the problem stated. I placed the order with Andy a day after I placed the order I received a call saying that the material was back ordered and would not be available until July so I went back to the customer to search for more options. Called back to Andy the same day to obtain price and availability on a couple of different options after 2 weeks I never received a call back from anyone

My company rehabs 150 houses a year and Glassboro Lumber & Kitchen supplies all our lumber and kitchens. The service is amazing, the product is fantastic and the prices are the best. Best of all, they are super reliable. We have worked with Lowes and Home Depot in the past and Glassboro is better on every level. Their back office is stellar with people and systems that are organized and easy to work with.
