Any teenager who is 15 and older OR turns 15 before the end of the four week classroom session may enroll. It is recommended, but if that is not possible, you can enroll up to and including the third day of class. On the second day of class you will be given an instruction permit application. With this application, you can visit to the Secretary of State to take the written exam and get your instruction permit.
