My step father is going here tomorrow. He suffered a stroke and needs rehab. Unfortunately hes not strong enough for acute rehab. I am praying to God this place is better than Apple Valley where he has gone after a previous stroke. I will now discuss why Apple Valley is not an option but it was horrible for both my parents - I wont set foot in that place as Im sure it would cause a ptsd episode of sorts. I decided to write this review prior to his stay and then update as we go through his care at the Park View facility. I will try anything to help him get better care. I am just completely

This place needs to be shut down! Less then 24 hours ago my mother was sent from here back to the hospital! Arrived none Responsive! Placed on a ventilator with sepsis! When I spoke to her yesterday she said she hadnt eaten in over a week! Whether my mom ate or not is not the issue. The issue is they should have noticed and consulted a dr! They should have realized she was going septic! And the bed sores!!!! How do you not notice any of this is happening!!!! My parents also had a friend who sadly never made it out of this place alive!! If you care about your loved ones do not let them go here
