I called the "dealer" listing from the internet and was informed it was the factory. The nice lady, Kim, was very pleasant and gave me the number for the dealer. I called the dealer and asked about a specific model. Our property is within 5 miles of this center. I explained to the man, my daughter wanted to see a model before purchasing at which point he said they didn't show homes to anyone who was purchasing thru another dealer. I never said anything about going to another dealer! This was very rude. I explained to him she saw the model online. I will definitely be using another dealer now! Its

While dealing with the ROCKY MOUNT VA office i have had several conversations with SUSAN COOK. she is a very compassionate person that listens AND HEARS what you are saying...... several co workers -- past and present -- should be taking lessons from her. Robert was friendly and informative. We went there to find out about manufactured homes and the buying and building process. We do not know anyone who has bought a manufactured home or lives in one so we knew nothing. Robert was patient and answered all of our questions. He spent a good amount of time explaining the process and showing us the model homes. Robert also told us we can contact him if had any more questions. We are definitely going to go back to him if that is the direction we go in for our new home. The model homes were stunning but I do wish they had a bigger double wide for us to

During my visit to Factory Expo Home Centers Rocky Mount VA, the general manager explained in great detail how their unique and friendly program works, she answered all my questions to satisfaction.
